as a symptom of the male friendship recession, 80% of men get cancelled on regularly by way of excuses. but there are two things that’ll always get buds together: beer and hockey.

so, through a partnership with budweiser and the NHL, we engineered a national media blitz on one of hockey’s biggest days. then, we handed the ad space over to canadian men so they could call out a bud’s real excuse in an official budweiser ad. in the end, buds not only got the message … they got together.
